Clement Buchanan is the owner and operator of 8404 Coaching, where he helps individuals navigate career transitions and personal growth with clarity and confidence. A former 8404 Corpsman with the U.S. Marine Corps (1992–1997), Clement brings firsthand experience in service, resilience, and leadership to his work. He also leads Caring Souls for Veterans, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting military healthcare professionals as they heal, reconnect, and rediscover purpose beyond service. His mission is to empower others to thrive through compassion, discipline, and purpose‑driven action.
