Healthcare professionals understand: when a code is called, support arrives. Code PURPLE is our systematic response to military healthcare professionals in transition.
For nurses, medics, physicians, and allied health professionals from all branches who are within 12 months of separation, recently separated, or still navigating transition challenges. Our participants include Trauma ICU nurses, Nurse Corps veterans with decades of service, and healthcare professionals who have witnessed what others cannot understand. They are exceptional caregivers who often struggle to care for themselves.
Code PURPLE integrates Neuroplasticity Research (Merzenich, Doidge, Pascual-Leone), Allostatic Load Theory (McEwen, Sterling, Koob), and Social Connection Neuroscience (Cacioppo, Lieberman, Eisenberger) to create the first systematic performance optimization framework specifically designed for military healthcare professional transitions.
